Rat Hunt Training in Chicago
Scent work with live rats provides safe and fulfilling enrichment for dogs of all breeds and ages, while enhancing the bond between dog and handler. Training Formats
Small Group Classes
All levels are welcome in small group classes -- our themed lessons are adapted for each dog's (and handler's) individual learning journey. Max 5 dogs in each 60-75 minute class.

Private Lessons
The suggested numbers of dogs below are based on playing just one sport at the lower levels. If your dogs are competing at more advanced levels OR if you want to practice both sports, please consider booking additional time.
Single Handler
- $75 for 30 mins: ideal for 1-3 dogs
- $98 for 45 mins: ideal for 3-4 dogs
- $140 for 60 mins: ideal for 4-5 dogs
Shared Between Two Handlers* - each handler billed proportionately and pays separately through their own account
- $80 for 30 mins: ideal for 2-3 dogs
- $105 for 45 mins: ideal for 3-4 dogs
- $150 for 60 mins: ideal for 4-5 dogs
- add $5 for each additional handler beyond two
*Note: To book shared lessons, please email info@citysniffers.org with all handler names & emails, names of dogs attending, and your agreed time slot, and we'll set it up for you and email an invoice with online payment link. Please first make sure all handlers have created their accounts in the booking software and added all dogs who will be attending.
